St. Germaine Children’s Charity’s fall Cocktails & Conversation educated guests about how UPLIFT improves the lives of children in San Diego by offering tutoring services to underprivileged youth. The event raised crucial funds and generated many new members who are dedicated to ending child abuse. It takes both financial donations and volunteer time to enable programs and agencies such as UPLIFT to help local children. That evening, the 2021 Silver Tea was announced. It will be a “Roaring Twenties” theme, held on December 7 at The Lot in La Jolla.
