The Country Friends hosts 22nd annual Art of Fashion runway show and luncheon

The Country Friends welcomed guests to its 22nd annual Art of Fashion runway show and luncheon at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, continuing its longtime partnership with South Coast Plaza. Co-Chairs Keilene “Kiki” Hayward and Irina Fenison led the signature fundraiser, with Karen Gregg Hoehn serving as Honorary Chair and KFMB-TV/News 8’s Anna Laurel as emcee. The afternoon featured a South Coast Plaza runway show showcasing collections from Balmain, Camilla, Eleventy, Eres, Ferragamo, Lanvin, Max Mara, and Monique Lhuillier, followed by a three-course luncheon by Executive Chef Patrick Ponsaty.

Signature auction highlights at the Art of Fashion included luxury escapes to Los Cabos, Las Vegas, and Palm Desert, a champagne brunch for eight donated by Sam the Cooking Guy, and a chance to win a year of monthly date nights donated by Steak 48 Del Mar. A special opportunity drawing featured $15,000 diamond-and-rubellite drop earrings from John Matty. Funds raised further The Country Friends’ mission to provide vital assistance to San Diego County nonprofits serving women, children, the elderly, military families, and people with disabilities.
