San Diego Humane Society’s 36th annual Fur Ball gala celebrated the magic of changing animal lives and raised money for the vital services the nonprofit provides to more than 40,000 animals this year. “The Fur Ball is a unique evening where we get a chance to showcase our lifesaving work and share examples of the incredible difference our staff and volunteers make every single day,” says Dr. Gary Weitzman, president and CEO of San Diego Humane Society.  Guests enjoyed an exquisite vegetarian meal and wine selections prepared by Chef Jeffrey Strauss of Pamplemousse Grille, live and silent auctions, and an after-party with live music by Haute Chile.
