Tamara Lafarga-Joseph and Visions Global Empowerment presented an elegant tea, fashion show by MJH Studios, boutique shopping, and opportunity drawing at the Marine Room to support Escuela Vera Angelita, a nonprofit boarding school for girls nestled in the cloud forest of Nicaragua. This initiative of U.S.-based nonprofit Visions Global Empowerment endeavors to break the cycle of poverty in vulnerable communities by investing in the education of aspiring young women leaders.
