Cocktail of the Month: American Beauty – Blanca Restaurant

In honor of Valentine’s Day, this month’s featured cocktail is the American Beauty, created by mixologist Jennifer Zerboni of Blanca Restaurant in Solana Beach. To make one you need 2 oz. Skyy Vodka, muddled rose petals and raspberries, ½ oz. simple syrup, 1½ oz. 7 Up, and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
