California State Winery of the Year, South Coast Winery Resort & Spa, and Chef Claudia Sandoval, MasterChef Season 6 Winner, have teamed up to host the celebrity chef’s first ever Sabor Y Vinos pop-up dinner under the stars at the Southern California Temecula Valley winery resort. The pop-up dinner kicks off at 6pm with a three-station raw bar and champagne cocktail hour presented by South Coast Winery’s culinary team; and the talent doesn’t stop there. Natasha Clement, winner of Food Network All-Star Academy, and Chef Iker Castillo, Executive Chef and Owner of Meraki Casa de Humo in Tijuana, Baja California, will also be cooking alongside Sandoval.

According to Sandoval, “I have put extra care and attention into the creation of this menu that will introduce our dinner guests to the exquisite and exotic flavors that true Mexican cuisine can harness. Combined with the bold and finessed textures and notes of the carefully selected wine pairings and surrounded by the romantic setting that will be brought alive with vibrant colors, this evening will impart an understanding of modern, fine dining Mexican cuisine that will delight that most critical of palates.”
