Team members of Adconion Direct, a global online media company, gathered for their 2012 Annual Summit. In addition to strategy and team building, the summit encouraged individual passions while making an impact on the local community. Members from Santa Monica, New York, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Atlanta, and San Diego participated in a school beautification project for the New Life Head Start Program, which helps preschoolers in low-income families maximize social, health, educational, and psychological growth. The team also built tricycles, donated books to classrooms, decorated bookshelves, and sent the kids home with wagons full of necessities.
