Patrons of the Prado’s 2022 Masterpiece Gala takes place at the Spreckels Organ Pavilion

Patrons of the Prado’s 2022 Masterpiece Gala was themed “Under the Desert Sun,” transporting attendees to the glamorous desert nightlife of 1960s Palm Springs. At the Spreckels Organ Pavilion, the evening kicked off with sunset cocktails and progressed to a gourmet dinner presented by the culinary team from Behind the Scenes, followed by the live auction. Guests then danced the night away to the musical talent of NRG. Gala co-chairs were Kimberly Alessio and Caroline Wohl, and proceeds benefited the Fleet Science Center, Mingei International Museum, Museum of Photographic Arts, Museum of Us, The Old Globe, San Diego History Center, San Diego Junior Theatre, San Diego Museum of Art, San Diego Natural History Museum, and Timken Museum of Art.
