Curebound Alicia Keys and San Diego Symphony Orchestra concert at The Rady Shell

Curebound presented a spectacular concert collaboration between 15-time Grammy Award winner Alicia Keys and the San Diego Symphony Orchestra at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park. Supporters came together for an unforgettable night of music, inspiration, and hope. Funds raised from the concert will support Curebound’s mission to award first-in-class collaborative research among San Diego’s top scientists and institutions.
The benefit show by the legendary Keys, a day before her concert at Viejas Arena, raised $3.1 million for the San Diego nonprofit. Curebound funds innovative, collaborative research between six cancer research centers in San Diego: Moores Cancer Center at UC San Diego Health, Salk Institute for Biological Studies, Sanford Burnham Prebys, Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego, Scripps Research, and La Jolla Institute for Immunology.
