You’ll have to wait a bit longer for a taste of Steak 48, which is slated for a 2023 debut on the northwest corner of Del Mar Highlands (formerly inhabited by Burlap), but if there’s anything we’ve proven here in San Diego, it’s that a quality steak establishment won’t struggle to find a fan base. With outposts in discriminating meat-loving towns including Philadelphia, Houston, Charlotte, and Chicago, we’ve no doubt that its West Coast debut will live up to its rep.
