Women entrepreneurs mix fashion with business savvy. The definition of locally owned and operated, these women are hands-on and in-store, sharing their passions in each of their local boutiques. Now more than ever it is important to support local business, and at these Del Mar Highlands Town Center boutiques, customers get a welcomed dose of retail therapy.

Irina Rachow of Fairen Del elevates clients’ shopping experience. Rachow opened Fairen Del’s Del Mar Highlands location in March of 2020 with the customer experience in mind. Peruse local Southern California style, chic outfits, accessories, and gifts throughout the boutique. Fairen Del’s complimentary custom gift wrapping elevates any hostess or birthday present. It comes as no surprise that they have claimed top slots as “Best Accessory Store” in local publications for the past 11 years in a row.
