Grabbing the Bull

Hot on the heels of its new Encinitas restaurant just blocks from Moonlight Beach, Bull Taco has opened yet another location, atop Prekitchen in coastal Del Mar. Serving its trademark “inauthentic Mexican food,” co-owner Greg Lukasiewicz describes the Del Mar restaurant as “classic, clean, and simple yet with a sophisticated surf and skate culture look,” with reclaimed wood countertops and recycled metal chairs. “We recently partnered up with famed local surfer Joel Tudor, who is assisting with the surf culture and vibe of the location,” adds Lukasiewicz, who is thrilled about the new space. “Our dream of becoming a part of the Del Mar community is finally coming true after 15 years.
