Taking place in the Lobby Lounge on weekends from Saturday, December 6, through Sunday, December 21, from 2-11:30pm, this new December addition to The Grand Del Mar’s holiday festivities offers guests a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label for $100 (a $20 discount) and three special seafood appetizers to enjoy with bubbly sips — Chilled Seasonal Oysters with Champagne Mignonette, $18 per half dozen; Poached Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with Marie Rosé Cocktail Sauce, $16; and Balik Salmon Carpaccio with Chive Crème Fraîche, Candied Onion, and Parmesan Crouton, $15.
