Best Local Artist: Michael Flohr, Liz Jardine & Sandee Manuel

Best Local Band: Switchfoot
North County-based alternative pop/rock outfit Switchfoot released Hello Hurricane in November 2009, and is currently touring across the U.S. with dates on deck in the U.K. as well.
