Shopping for a Cause

Posted February 19, 2019

Un Bacio (“one kiss” in Italian) has opened on Highway 101 in Solana Beach, offering affordable and feminine international fashions and locally made jewelry. Here you’ll find unique clothing and accessories from around the world, including Brazil, Italy, Peru, and Spain. Owner Eve Faucet and daughter Chloe, who manages the boutique, believe clothing isn’t just a covering, but a reflection of who we are and the beauty within. The Faucets have a passion for children as well as fashion. After talking with customer Susan Lane-Leonard, an ardent supporter of Rady Children’s Hospital, the Faucets decided to donate 20 percent of purchases through May to pediatric oncology research at the Rady Institute of Genomic Medicine. Just mention this article in Ranch & Coast at the time of purchase. Lane-Leonard’s daughter, Michelle, models fashions in the photo that accompanies this story. 858.822.9269, unbaciobotique.com   Andrea Naversen
