Summer Games Of The Squishy Sort
The thrill of “ick-tory.” The agony of smelly feet. Kids ages 6-14 can sign up for the hugely popular Gross Olympics, held by the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center on Saturday, July 7, in conjunction with the Global Association of Gross and Messy Education (GAG-ME), and in celebration of Grossology: The (Impolite) Science of the Human Body. See who reigns supreme with the smelliest sneakers, loudest burp, and more. Or join a team relay competing to move a tennis ball through an “intestinal” tube the quickest. Participants sign up day of event only, one hour prior to contest. Space is limited; participation is included with gallery admission (adults $11.75; children/seniors $9.75).
