The second annual Fashion, Flowers, and Fido runway show will be produced by Carlsbad Premium Outlets and Fashion Week San Diego. The evening event will bring together designer brand clothing, models, and dogs available for adoption from Rancho Coastal Humane Society on the catwalk.
