May 2-31, 2020 | Virtual Event

Founded in 1887, the San Diego Center for Children is the oldest children’s nonprofit in the region. The center provides therapeutic and educational services to children and families struggling with mental, emotional, and behavioral health challenges. Today, within eight locations and hundreds of homes throughout San Diego County, the center empowers more than 1,000 people daily. As the San Diego Center for Children observes guidelines for the protection and well-being of its community members, it has moved its 133rd Anniversary Celebration online, as “Cherishing the Joys of Childhood — Reimagined!” Launching online May 2 and running though the month of May, the “Reimagined” event website will include center updates, giving opportunities, and fun and inspiring videos from its youth and staff. centerforchildren.org/celebration
