The Globe Guilders and Neiman Marcus will present fashions from the Fall Collections of select couture and prêt-à-porter designers. Think gorgeous fall looks that graced the runway in New York: blush tones, new florals, and opulent embellishments. Lush velvets and capes will also be part of the mix, and a new feature this year will be the inclusion of show-stopping shoes and on-trend handbags. Taking place at the Marriott Marquis Marina San Diego, guests will be greeted with a Champagne reception, and will also enjoy live and silent auctions, boutique shopping, and a delicious lunch. Former Guilder President Linda Van Vark is the Celebrating Couture 2016 chair; honorary chairs are Barbara and Dick Enberg and Stacey and Robert Foxworth.
