EnCore Pilates and Yoga is a new partnership between Core Orthopaedic and Bella Forma Pilates, offering Pilates mat and yoga classes, and private Pilates lessons. “We work closely with the physical therapists on staff at Core to help clients transition from post rehabilitation work, and we are just finalizing an agreement that will allow Scripps Hospital employees a few complimentary classes each week,” notes Bella Forma owner Gina Axelson. Current specials include half off a private Pilates lesson, one week unlimited classes for $40, and, for a limited time, those who attend a certain number of classes can keep their class rate at $10 forever.
