Assistance League Rancho San Dieguito Operation School Bell Program Honored

The Encinitas School Board recently awarded a well deserved recognition, A Certificate of Appreciation, to Assistance League Rancho San Dieguito’s Operation School Bell program for the many years of service to Encinitas elementary school children. Tim Baird, superintendent of the school district, stated, “Please accept this as our endorsement of the Assistance League and particularly the Operation School Bell program that has provided essential back to school items for so many children in Encinitas over the past number of years. Operation School Bell gives our children hope, increases self-respect, and brings joy to both the children and their parents. Words cannot express the looks on their faces when they receive these items. For this, we say thank you and share our sincerest appreciation to your wonderful organization. Operation School Bell has truly made a difference in the lives of Encinitas school children.”
