The Vision of Children Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to finding cures for hereditary childhood blindness and related vision disorders, presented its annual Spring Tea, which offered guests an uplifting and delightful afternoon with friends in support of a worthy cause. Attendees enjoyed a full tea service with a variety of tea sandwiches and a sweet selection of pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, and handmade savory treats.

The event, themed “Sip to See, Springtime Tea,” featured boutique shopping, multiple opportunity drawings, a live pianist, and guest speaker Anne M. Hanneken, MD, a nationally recognized vision researcher from Scripps Research. This special afternoon provided a philanthropic opportunity to support cutting-edge research needed to cure hereditary childhood blindness.
