The Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank hosts its 12th annual San Diego Food Bank Gala

The Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank’s 12th annual San Diego Food Bank Gala took place under the stars on the grounds of the organization’s 90,000-square-foot warehouse facility in Miramar and featured live musical entertainment performed by Republic of Music, fabulous silent and live auction items, specialty hors d’oeuvres prepared by renowned local chefs, and a multi-course dinner. Proceeds benefited the Food Bank’s vital hunger-relief programs, including the Food 4 Kids Backpack Program, which provides weekend food-filled backpacks to children living in poverty who are at risk of hunger over the weekend when free school meals are unavailable. Co-chairs were Amy Jacobs and Jeannie Bolinger.
