The 44th annual Wavecrest Woodie Meet kicked off with the last of the Encinitas Classic Car Nights for the 2023, which take place in Coastal Encinitas along the Coast Hwy 101 between D and K Streets. The following night’s Meet and Greet took place at the host hotel, the Encinitan Hotel and Suites, formerly the Best Western. The main attraction, of course, was hundreds of Woodies on display in the parking lot above Moonlight Beach. Festivities included a DJ, food trucks, and a raffle.
