St. Germaine Children’s Charity’s signature fundraising event, The Silver Tea, was themed “Home for the Holidays” and took place at the La Jolla Farms home of Laura and Erv Wheeler. Since its beginning in 1984, St. Germaine Children’s Charity has provided financial and in-kind support to San Diego County’s abused and neglected children through grants to local partner agencies. Funds raised help to prevent child abuse for homeless children, trafficked children, children in foster homes, victims of domestic violence, children without legal protection, and those with mental and physical disabilities. Silver Tea chair was Jeanette Wright.
