More Than Pink Annual Dinner

The More Than Pink Dinner, benefiting Komen San Diego, featured Dr. Siavash Jabbari, radiation oncology director at the Laurel Amtower Neuro-Oncology Program & Cancer Institute, and his patient Lilian Vanvieldt-Gray, who walked guests through a breast cancer journey, giving attendees a unique tandem perspective of both patient and physician. An interactive cocktail reception featured experiential art displays, a pink pop-up shop, and opportunities to bid on exclusive experiences and items. Former City Councilwoman and breast cancer survivor Marti Emerald moderated the event, which honored Mary Jean Anderson, Tavistock Group/Boxer Capital, and Plaza Home Mortgage.
