Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank hosts its 11th annual Chefs, Cork & Craft Gala

The Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank’s 11th annual Chefs, Cork & Craft Gala took place under the stars on the grounds of the organization’s 90,000-square-foot warehouse facility in Miramar. The event featured live musical entertainment by Republic of Music, fabulous silent and live auction items, delicious drinks, and a multi-course chef-prepared dinner. The event was an incredible success, raising more than $1 million for the Food Bank’s vital hunger-relief programs including its Food 4 Kids Backpack Program — the most in gala’s history — which provides food-filled backpacks to children living in poverty who are at risk of hunger over the weekend when free school meals are unavailable.
