Celebrate The Craft
The 11th annual Celebrate the Craft at The Lodge at Torrey Pines featured leading food artisans from across California’s broad culinary spectrum, who demonstrated and tasted their way through a vast array of premium food and wines. When executive chef The Lodge’s Jeff Jackson moved to San Diego 13 years ago, he envisioned creating a local chef community. Having an “open door” policy allowed for collaboration and discussions of innovative ways to create and deliver farm-to-table cuisine, which later resulted in the first Celebrate the Craft.
