Do you have a closet full of clothes and nothing to wear? Pink Lagoon, the recently remodeled wardrobe design and styling boutique in the Cedros Design District, can help. Founded by Jenny Livits, Pink Lagoon encourages women to build a wardrobe based on good quality “investment” pieces, such as a great black blazer, and then add “fun fashion risks” at a more affordable price point, says the boutique’s GM, Melissa Tablante. Popular lines include Ulla Johnson, L’Agence, Loeffler Randall, Citizens of Humanity, and Julez Bryant.
Stylists will edit your closet, helping you weed out what no longer works (or never did), figure out what’s missing, and come up with a checklist for the future. The Studio, Pink Lagoon’s consignment department, sells designer pieces ranging from such classic fashion brands as Chanel, Hermes, and Louis Vuitton to Yohji Yamamoto, Stella McCartney, and Isabel Marant. The goal, says Tablante, is “to share and teach people the empowerment that comes from personal style.” 858.792.0882, pinklagoon.com Andrea Naversen
