The Monaco Yacht Show

The glamorous yacht show in Port Hercules in the Principality of Monaco has become the most anticipated event in the yachting calendar, attended by luxury yacht brokers with awe-inspiring mega yachts for sale. From September 19-22, more than 28,000 visitors are expected to descend on one of the world’s smallest countries. Potential clients looking for their perfect yacht will be able to peruse an estimated 100 super yachts that will be berthed at the exhibition site at the foot of the Prince’s Palace of Monaco, the home of Prince Albert and Princess Charlene.

A host of luxury events and functions are also available for those who wish to relax after looking around the products for sale at the fair. At the heart of the show is a specially created living area designed by interior decorator Sabrina Monte-Carlo in collaboration with Italian designer Paola Lent. Visitors will also be able to have a drink in the Darse Sud lounge, an air-conditioned area provided for all guests.

 

The harbors will be open between 10am-6:30pm every day, and a free boat shuttle will be available to the different exhibition galleries throughout Port Hercules. Visitors may also opt to tour some of the sights in Monte Carlo, from celebrity chef Alain Ducasse’s renowned Louis XV restaurant to a variety of top-tier jewelery and clothing stores around the city.
