La Jolla Concours dElegance

Having grown into a weekend destination event, the 8th Annual La Jolla Concours d’Elegance returns to La Jolla Cove on Sunday, April 1. Keith Martin will return as emcee and will present awards recognizing winners in a variety of categories, including Concours specialty classes and the “Keith Martin Award,” “Director’s Choice,” and more. Events preceding the Sunday show include a book signing on Friday, March 30, as well as a guided motor tour of San Diego on Saturday, March 31. Tickets to the Sunday show are $35 in advance; $40 at the entrance. The exhibitor registration fee is $100. Proceeds benefit the La Jolla Historical Society. (619/233-5008, www.lajollaconcours.com)
