The converted warehouse as a party space is an OG concept. On this evening, it  was elegantly revived as Anne Sneed Architectural Interiors teamed up with Rande Turner Collective for the debut “Art of Gathering.”

On North Cedros, Sneed’s reimagined studio combines two former warehouse spaces and multitudes of artistic vision. The evening’s directive: Spark design conversations. Create community connections. Party goers and design lovers congregated for an evening of inspiration. Local artisans and purveyors stocked the space with unique craftsmanship to inspire and inform future design projects.

In the crowd: Designer Jennifer Price of Yes Yes Collective, art adviser Jennifer Findley, Ranch & Coast Publisher Bob Stefanko, and arts patrons Alex and Lany Zikakis. Also in the house: artists Dave Kinsey, Hiroshi McDonald, Derek Simons, and Amy Pachowicz.

The micro-neighborhood of North Cedros brims with energy thanks to Sneed’s neighbors like Yael Gmach of Once Upon A Frame, El Lovas, and John Paul Cook of Palm Palm Art Collective

On view: Pierre Frey’s eclectic French textiles, Bespoke metal inlay rugs by Erden, 20th Century luxury consignment furnishings Kulik Selzer, Eleanor Rigby Home fine furniture makers, custom decorative lighting by Gibson Lighting, and elevated house plants from Printwood, which plant to open two new spaces in Encinitas and Carlsbad. Plus: Fine Art by El Lovas, Jonny Alexander, and Oolong Gallery.
