Born and raised in Belgium — one of Europe’s most celebrated chocolate capitals — Chef Jean Marie brings decades of expertise, world-class training, and a passion for crafting exceptional confections. Guests will enjoy complimentary hot chocolate or a spiked hot cocktail while learning about chocolate varieties, quality, and essential techniques for mastering this beloved ingredient. Attendees will leave with recipes, tips, and a curated bag of chocolate treats to enjoy at home. $50 per person.
