Winter Solstice Celebration at Garibaldi

Celebrate Winter Solstice overlooking the San Diego Bay at Garibaldi with their ‘Coastal Chill’ Winter-themed event, on Saturday, December 21 at 4pm.

Located on the 3rd floor of the InterContinental San Diego, Garibaldi’s bayfront terrace has transformed into a “coastal chill” celebration for the occasion with frosted lights and a snow machine with heaters, luxe winter parkas and cozy blankets to stay cozy while alfresco. For $85 per guest, indulge in an all-you-can-eat buffet, including a Seafood Display with Mediterranean tuna tartare, freshly shucked oysters, poached spiny lobster, shrimp cocktail, and remoulade mussels escabeche, Mediterranean Cheese and Late Harvest Wine Pairing Station, artisan cured meats, Carving Station with exquisite proteins, and more.

Included in the ticket price, cozy up with your loved ones with bottomless Amaro Hot Chocolate and Mediterranean S’mores with a dessert wine pairing (additional drinks available for purchase). There will also be live entertainment by DJ Ayla Simone, snow, and an intention-setting station to soak up the energy of this healing solstice time. For every intention card completed, $1 will be donated to coastal conservation non-profit Wildcoast.
