Tea & Tonic

Center for Community Solutions presents its 27th Annual Tea & Tonic to bring together San Diego’s business and philanthropic leaders in support of survivors of relationship and sexual violence.

The program features special guest speakers Nichole and Jim Schmidt, who will share their daughter Gabby Petito’s story and their advocacy for prevention and awareness. When Petito lost her life to relationship violence in 2021, it captured global attention and sparked conversations about relationship violence, personal safety, public awareness, and how communities and systems respond when warning signs emerge. Guests will enjoy silent and live auctions and meaningful connection with fellow supporters. Proceeds benefit CCS’ vital services, including crisis intervention, shelter programs, counseling, and prevention education.
