San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum 25th Birthday Party

For 25 years, San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum has sparked a love of learning. What began as a traveling kite-making program in 2000 has grown into a vibrant, 13,500-square-foot space that has welcomed more than 1.3 million visitors and offers expanded programs, including a Mobile Children’s Museum that brings hands-on education to under-resourced communities across the county. SDCDM is celebrating its milestone 25th birthday with a special party, rolling back admission to just $4 per person, the same price as when it first opened. Guests can enjoy birthday cake, shaved ice, all-day festivities, and hands-on activities that celebrate the power of play and imagination. The museum is also launching a fundraising campaign to support its mission of accessibility and innovation, laying the foundation for future generations to “Dream Big and Play On.”
