Funds raised at the San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy’s 14th Annual River Valley Fest will allow the Conservancy to continue its role in making connections within the San Dieguito River Valley and watershed.
Titled “Wings of Migration,” this year’s River Valley Fest invites guests to discover the beauty of migration and celebrate raising $2 million for SDRVC’s campaign to complete all 71 miles of the Coast to Crest Trail. The program includes hosted wine and beer, music by guitarist Bill Fleming, and live auction items including a Salk Institute Lab Tour. SDRVC preserves, protects, and shares the natural and cultural resources of the San Dieguito River Valley through collaborative efforts to acquire lands, complete trails, restore habitats, establish educational programs, create interpretive centers, encourage recreation, and mobilize public support.
