Michelin-Starred Magic: Camphor x Rancho Valencia

Camphor’s co-executive chefs, Max Boonthanakit and Lijo George, in collaboration with chefs Chris Gentile and Emiliano Safa of Rancho Valencia, will prepare a six-course plated dinner complete with signature cocktails and curated wine pairings. The dinner will take place in the property’s Culinary Garden amongst the olive tree groves beneath the stars. Music for the evening will be provided by the Gilbert Castellanos Jazz Trio, making it a moment not to be missed.
This is the third installment of Rancho Valencia’s Chef’s Dinner Series, following recent dinners with renowned chefs Nancy Silverton and Rick Bayless. Tickets are $375 and can be purchased online; a special room rate is also available for dinner attendees.
