The Rancho Santa Fe Senior Center presents the 6th Annual Healthy Aging Conference

The 6th Annual Healthy Aging Conference, presented by The Rancho Santa Fe Senior Center, will be held virtually this year. The Rancho Santa Fe Senior Center is a nonprofit service organization providing resource information, informational programs, enrichment classes, and social activities for seniors and their families.

Speakers include Elaine LaLane, “First Lady of Physical Fitness”; Kathie Davis, co-founder of IDEA Health and Fitness Association; author and speaker Steve Bierman, MD; Patti Milligan, PhD, who specializes in the neuroscience of taste; Joseph Weiss, MD, clinical professor at UCSD School of Medicine; health and wellness expert Marc Milstein, PhD; David Ellenstein, artistic director of North Coast Repertory Theatre; Richard Lederer, PhD, author and Union-Tribune language columnist; Rose Rohatgi, DMD, of San Diego Sleep Therapy; and Jeff Rubin, author of Wisdom of Age.
