Donald Martiny debuts Écriture, a groundbreaking new exhibition exploring the essential act of mark-making as the foundation of visual expression.

Inspired by early works of Henri Matisse and Hans Hartung, Martiny’s monumental gestures bridge painting, writing, and sculpture through bold, sculptural brushstrokes formed by hand using custom polymer mediums, pigments, and resins. Painted not on canvas but built as physical records of movement, each work reveals traces of rhythm, intention, and emotion.
