Del Mar Summer Solstice

The Del Mar Village Association will welcome summer to Southern California with its 20th annual Del Mar Summer Solstice event from 5pm to 8pm.

Each summer, San Diegans descend on Powerhouse Park to enjoy elevated, robust bites from Del Mar Village restaurants, delicious craft cocktails, wine, and beer from local and nationally recognized brands, and live music, all set next to the Pacific Ocean. Summer Solstice will feature delectable bites from more than 15 award-winning Del Mar Village restaurants, including Adelaide at L’Auberge Del Mar, Monarch Ocean Pub, Tamarindo, Beeside Balcony, Poseidon, and many more. Beyond the stellar food and beverage lineup, attendees will sway to the tunes of celebrated local performer Ben Benavente, accompanied by the Stateside Bruddahs — island–style music featuring reggae beats and instrumental looping. Net proceeds go directly to DMVA, allowing the organization to further its essential nonprofit mission: to bolster and sustain the small businesses that form the heart of the Del Mar community.
