Cork & Knife Back Alley BBQ featuring The Cov Wine
Cork & Knife’s Rancho Santa Fe location will be hosting a Back Alley BBQ featuring The Cov 92067 Bordeaux Style Red Blends from 2014, 2015, and 2017, along with a chef-inspired BBQ plate to accompany the variety of pours.
The Cov Wine owner Jon Williams will be present at the event to discuss wine and meet with those interested in learning more about his wines and how they pair alongside the food that will be served during the event. The Cov, a local Rancho Santa Fe winery, takes pride in honoring the soil while bringing the historic soul of Rancho Santa Fe to your glass. The extremely limited production ranges from just 75-170 cases per year, born from vines planted in 2005, and is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. Cork & Knife will also be selling The Cov 92067 Bordeaux Style Red Blend 2014, available by the bottle or glass.
