Awards Viewing Party

Celebrate Hollywood’s biggest night right here in San Diego at the annual Awards Viewing Party beginning at 3pm at a fabulous estate.

Sponsored by the San Diego International Film Festival, guests can stroll the red carpet, sip cocktails and champagne, and sample delicious fare at this black-tie event while watching a live telecast of the Academy Awards. The honorary committee includes Lise Markham, Kristi Pieper, and Jessica Kim. Proceeds will benefit the festival’s FOCUS on Impact Educational Program “helping to prepare future leaders though the power of film,” says CEO and Artistic Director Tonya Mantooth, the festival’s co-founder. The innovative program gives local high school and college students the opportunity to explore complex social issues through film screenings, an interactive curriculum, and insightful interviews with filmmakers.
