2026 Veterans Day Commemoration

Mt. Soledad National Veterans Memorial honors America’s military heroes with its annual Veterans Day Commemoration, held during the nation’s 250th anniversary year.

Beginning at 11am, the ceremony will feature a keynote address by former NFL linebacker and philanthropist Donnie Edwards, patriotic performances by Marine Band San Diego and vocalist Lily Brodie, an aerial flyover, and the unveiling of two commemorative black granite plaques.

Following the ceremony, The Guardians’ Gathering will bring veterans, active-duty service members, military families, and the community together for an afternoon of live music by The Full Strength Band, food, and fellowship overlooking the Pacific. Admission is free and open to the public.
