On July 16-17, Addison Chef William Bradley welcomes Chef Kyle Connaughton and co-owner and head farmer Katina Connaughton from the three-Michelin starred SingleThread in Healdsburg for a two-night Relais & Châteaux Collaboration Dinner at the San Diego destination. Together, Chef Bradley and the Connaughtons will craft an eight-course tasting menu experience that celebrates California’s seasonal ingredients, revealing their shared respect and reverence for the region. The menu will also draw inspiration from the summer harvest at SingleThread Farm with dishes showcasing tomatoes, Japanese greens, and orchard fruits.
SingleThread is a source-focused, farm-driven Relais & Châteaux restaurant and inn that offers time-honored preparations of seasonally inspired cuisine and a uniquely curated taste of Sonoma Wine Country. The concept was born out of the Connaughtons’ Southern California upbringing as well as their extensive international travels and experiences living and cooking abroad in both the U.K. and Japan. In fall 2020, the Michelin Guide honored SingleThread with a Green Star for their efforts on sustainability. The experience is available for $398 per person with optional wine pairings curated by Addison’s Wine Director Victoria O’Bryan in conjunction with Bradley and the Connaughtons.
