Prost! Oktoberfest at Mille Fleurs

October 7-31, chef Martin Woesle of Mille Fleurs will transport guests to his homeland of Germany. Woesle’s Oktoberfest menu is a reflection of his first cooking experiences spent with his mother in their German family kitchen. Diners are invited to journey through traditional hand-crafted German dishes available during this special time of the year such as Das Wiener Schnitzel, Dumplings, Spätzle, Rouladen, Assorted Wursts, Sauerkraut and of course, his famous House-made Pretzels. Mille Fleurs will also offer German wine pairings and unique beers to further enhance the experience.

The chef de cuisine at Mille Fleurs since 1985, Woesle graduated first in his class and worked at the renowned Ma Maison restaurant in North Hollywood before joining Mille Fleurs.
