Following a multimillion-dollar resort-wide renovation, L’Auberge Del Mar now offers Lyric Coffee, a coffee house in the hotel lobby rooted in a musical history, along with Adelaide, the resort’s new outdoor ocean view restaurant with a seafood-focused menu that celebrates the bounty of the Pacific. The culinary team at Adelaide works with local farmers, fishermen, and foragers that feature responsibly sourced and sustainable offerings to showcase ingredients at their peak.
