Cocktail of the Month: Purple Sake Martini – Café Japengo

Because it’s February, a time of all things Valentine’s, we chose a cocktail that visibly represents love due to its deep red color. Selected by Krys Jones, bar manager at Café Japengo, The Café Japengo Purple Sake Martini is made with Momokawa Silver Sake, a splash of Tuaca Italian Liquer, and Chambord. Serve it chilled, straight, and garnished with a lemon twist.  Jane Shiomi
