Zoo RITZ 2019

The newest version of the glorious Zoo RITZ, “Zoozapalooza,” arrives mid-month. One of the “must-attend” events each year, the upcoming annual Rendezvous In The Zoo (RITZ) has a fabled past. This year, under the direction of chairs Sue and John Major, all funds raised at the spectacular event will support the newly reimagined Children’s Zoo. This recreated area will be on 2.3 acres filled with more than 100 species and containing four ecosystems. The new Sanford Children’s Zoo, named for philanthropist T.
