The Live Well Project

On Saturday, March 13, from 10am-4pm at the Culy Trucking Warehouse, Optimal Nutrition Inc., Olive PR Solutions, and LandMark Events present The Live Well Project to educate young women with basic knowledge of health and fitness. “A glimpse of the benefits of health and an assurance that it can be achieved simply with adequate knowledge opens up doors,” says Michelle Weinstein, president of Optimal Nutrition Inc. The day will include activities related to feeling beautiful on the inside and out, fitness, and healthy eating. Giveaways and prizes will include clothing, grooming kits, manicure/pedicure supplies, and hair styling gift certificates. Donations from nutritional, fitness, clothing, and sporting goods companies will provide guests with tangible memories of the day.
